Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is whole-body massage treatment. Aim of Swedish massage is to improve your circulation and promote relaxation through soothing your muscles. It’s therefore quite different from deep tissue massage or sports massage. The techniques involve soft strokes over areas which are more prone to pain. Where the muscles are thicker, the pressure is changed and the massage can be deeper.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone is a very popular type of massage therapy. It is done by using heated basalt stones placed on different pressure points. These stones are heated up to 130 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping helps with muscle soreness and tension. Dry / pressure cupps are placed directly onto a problematic / tight muscle area. Often stagnant fluids (like toxins in the blood) are dredged up, as a result discolourination will appear on the skin. The more marks are visible the better level of stagnation and toxicity has been removed from the body. Rest assured that discolouration should fade away over few days and u one step closer on the way to recovery.
Aromatherapy Massage
In an aromatherapy massage, a custom blend of essential oils is added to your massage oil to ease mental or physical ailments. Oils are used depending on desired effect (relaxing, energising, soothing). I use high quality aromatherapy oils.
Indian Head Massage
This type of massage works on the mind, body and spirit. Purpose of the massage is to restore balance, bring harmony to improve overall health of person.

Hi! Would like to introduce myself: I am certified massage therapist and physiotherapy technician based in Ash Vale/ Aldershot. I have years experience working in Physiotherapy sector and enjoy helping people with pain/ stress. My motto is to try bring balance and relief. Sometimes stress and speed of life makes us forget what really matters and it is US, our bodies and mind. Everyone deserves “only me time”. Massage has not only physical benefits but also has power to relive symptoms of anxieties, chronic headaches, insomnia and more.
I treat everyone as individual therefore I am always happy to moderate treatment just for your needs and expectations. Different styles and techniques can be used depending if desired effect is to de-stress, relieve of tension, to feel more energised etc.
I provide u with 10 min pre treatment free consultation each time, to find out what is your goal and preferences as well as if massage is suitable for u (if any pre-existing health conditions allow it).
I offer massage service for adults and kids at my address in Ash Vale/ Aldershot. I offer also mobile service to your address for females only (safety reasons) or to anyone in places like Nursing Home or Residential Home.
